Ingredients:
2 c flour
2 Tbs Sugar
1 heaping tbs baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 c milk
1/2 c oil
3 eggs, seperated
Directions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, powder, and salt together.
2. Separate eggs. Whip the egg whites until stiff. Set aside.
3. Add milk, oil and egg yolks to dry ingredients. Blend.
4. Fold in egg whites.
5. Cook and eat!
